How DeadLive works
We begin with a conversation and site visit. Together we define permitted spaces, capacity, access, noise, safeguarding, fire and security requirements, and the venue’s preferred commercial model.
DeadLive then proposes a pilot event and handles the guest-facing event plan, booking journey, host delivery and post-event review, subject to the final agreement.

Fixed hire
DeadLive hires the agreed space and carries ticket-sales risk, subject to contract.
Revenue share
Income is divided under an agreed structure after clearly defined costs.
Pilot partnership
One controlled date with agreed measures, followed by a joint review before either side commits to more.

Museums, heritage buildings, halls, historic houses, former public buildings, clubs and distinctive independent venues. A building does not need a famous ghost story; it needs character, sourceable history and spaces that can be used safely after hours.
