Descend beneath Keighley for a small-group ghost hunt inside the remarkable Royal Arcade Underground. Hidden below Low Street, this preserved lower level contains old shopfronts, doors, passageways and traces of the town’s commercial past.
DeadLive has three confirmed investigations at the Royal Arcade Underground in 2027. Each event runs from 8pm until 2am and is limited to 20 guests, giving everyone time and space to take part.

A hidden part of Keighley’s history
The Royal Arcade was built at the turn of the twentieth century. During later renovation work, a lower level of former shops and service areas was rediscovered beneath the building. Original features remain, creating an atmospheric underground location that feels separated from the modern streets above.
Visitors and previous investigation teams have reported unexplained footsteps, whistles, sudden cold areas and a strong sense of being watched. These accounts are part of the venue’s paranormal reputation, but DeadLive does not promise activity. The night is a genuine investigation in which guests can examine anything that happens for themselves.
What happens during the investigation?
The evening begins with a welcome and safety briefing before guests explore the underground areas in smaller groups. Our team will introduce a range of investigation methods, including controlled vigils, sensory experiments and the careful use of paranormal equipment.

The Historical Royal Arcade is on Low Street in central Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 3AQ. Keighley railway station is approximately 350 metres away and the bus station is approximately 200 metres away. Town-centre parking is available nearby.
